A joint venture including a €10 million (C$13.3 million) license to locally assemble GAUSSIN vehicles to accelerate the transition to zero-emission activities in Canada
GAUSSIN (EURONEXT CROISSANCE: ALGAU – FR0013495298), a pioneer in clean and intelligent transport of goods and people, has signed an exclusive 20-year agreement with CHARBONE HYDROGEN for the local assembly and marketing of APM vehicles and Zero emission ATM in Canada. The contract includes an initial entry fee of 10 million euros including all costs, including development costs already recorded for the development of GAUSSIN products, royalties of 5% for future developments and exclusivity covering Canada .
