Gecina: dividend payment in July

(Boursier.com) — The Combined General Meeting of Gecina met on April 25, under the chairmanship of Jérôme Brunel.

Dividend

The shareholders approved all the resolutions, in particular the payment for the 2023 financial year of a dividend per share of 5.30 euros. A deposit of 50%, or 2.65 euros per share, was already paid on March 6. The balance of the dividend of 2.65 euros per share will be detached on July 2 for payment in cash on July 4.

To the Board of Directors

The General Meeting renewed the mandate as director of Mr. Jérôme Brunel, for a period of 4 years. Furthermore, the Board of Directors meeting at the end of the General Meeting decided to renew Jérôme Brunel in his mandate as Chairman of the Board of Directors.

The General Meeting also approved the appointment of Ms. Nathalie Charles and Ms. Audrey Camus as directors, for a term of office of 4 years. They succeed Ms. Inès Reinmann Toper and Mr. Claude Gendron whose mandates expired at the end of this Meeting.

Appointed as Censor by the Board of Directors on October 18, 2023, Ms. Nathalie Charles was appointed as a director following this General Meeting. His expertise in the real estate sector “are valuable assets for the Gecina Board of Directors. His in-depth knowledge of the dynamics of the real estate market makes a significant contribution to decision-making within the Board.” Ms. Audrey Camus will bring broad real estate experience to the Board of Directors, including particular expertise in offices and residential areas.

New composition of the Council

At the end of the General Meeting, the Board of Directors is made up of 11 members, 64% of whom are independent with regard to the independence criteria of the AFEP-MEDEF Code, and 55% of whom are female directors. The Board of Directors is composed of: Jérôme Brunel (Independent Director), Chairman; Beñat Ortega, Director General, Ms. Audrey Camus; Nathalie Charles (Independent Director); Ms. Laurence Danon Arnaud (Independent Director); Ms. Dominique Dudan (Independent Director); Ms. Gabrielle Gauthey (Independent Director); Predica, represented by Mr. Matthieu Lance. ; Ms. Carole Le Gall (Independent Director); Jacques Stern (Independent Director)
