GeForce NOW Ultimate: the RTX 4080s replace the 3080s for cloud gaming, what about the price?

During the CES 2023, NVIDIA announced GeForce NOW Ultimatea new subscription plan with RTX 4080s. It replaces the offer with the RTX-3080But do not panic, the price will remain the same: €19.99 per month to take advantage of cloud gaming with a bunch of benefits, like queuing, ray tracing in real time, the DLSS and longer gaming sessions. Powered by the NVIDIA Ada Lovelace architecture, the upgraded GeForce NOW RTX 4080 SuperPODs will deliver over 64 teraflops of graphics power to each individual user, more than 5 times that of an Xbox Series X and nearly 1.75 times that of the previous generation SuperPODs.

Joining the GeForce NOW Ultimate raises the bar for cloud gaming, bringing it closer than ever to a local gaming experience. With GeForce RTX 4080 performance, Ultimate members will be the first to experience the full PC gaming experience on almost any device – streaming at 240fps from the cloud with full ray-tracing and DLSS 3, in hit games like Portal with RTX. With the addition of NVIDIA Reflex, GeForce NOW achieves sub-40 millisecond click-to-pixel latency, another first in cloud gaming.

The GeForce NOW Ultimate subscription is available today for new users, at the current price of €19.99 per month or €99.99 for six months. GeForce RTX 3080 member accounts have already been converted to the new membership at their price. Improved GeForce RTX 4080 performance streaming from the new SuperPODs will be available in North America and Europe from the end of the month, with an ongoing rollout over the following months.
