Claranova announces the availability of answers to written questions sent by shareholders pursuant to Article L. 225-108 of the Commercial Code.
Prior to the General Meeting, Claranova received more than 70 written questions from five shareholders. She wished to respond in full in writing rather than at the General Meeting, in order to ensure fairness of information vis-à-vis shareholders who could not be present. Claranova hopes that these responses will provide shareholders with the necessary clarifications and details on the many topics discussed.
