General meetings: shareholders commit


Those nostalgic for the old pre-pandemic world are celebrating! This year, the general meetings will be held face-to-face, after almost two years behind closed doors. We remember that, for the Cac 40, the last meeting open to shareholders was that of Pernod Ricard; on November 8, 2019, while the first AGM where they were able to travel again was that of Alstom, on July 28, 2021.

Two exceptions are however to be deplored: the meetings of Stellantis, this Wednesday April 13 in the Netherlands, and of Eurofins, Tuesday April 26 in Luxembourg, will be held behind closed doors. In fact, when a head office is transferred outside of France,…
