(CercleFinance.com) – Genfit announces the publication of new data showing that the clinical performance of its NIS2+ was superior to other tests for the diagnosis of high-risk non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) in patients aged 65 and over.
‘These data support the clinical value of this blood test for the diagnosis of at-risk NASH in older adults who would benefit from intensive lifestyle or therapeutic interventions.
According to her, these results published in Hepatology Communications’ could greatly contribute to the reimbursement efforts of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) in the United States, which require published and peer-reviewed data.
