Genshin Impact is about to receive its version 3.0 (by the end of August), a major update that will add new characters related to the Dendro elementbut also the whole new region of Sumeru. This gigantic area had already been briefly presented in a previous video, but the latter focused mainly on the new reactions related to the Dendro element. Today, we are entitled to a video of more than three minutes in which the team behind the game reveals the vast expanses of Sumeru.
Head to the jungle and the desert
As we can see in this video, the Sumeru region promises to be very different from the other three regions already present in the game, in particular because of its tropical forest which is divided into several biomes. We see very tropical areas, others more arid, and others more fantastic, with shiny blue trees of the most beautiful effect.
But Sumeru will not be just a giant forest, and for the first time, we discover the desert part of Sumeru, with hidden temples and even a gigantic inverted pyramid. There is no doubt that this region is rich in secrets to discover, and the fact of seeing this type of environment in the game should upset the habits of the community quite a bit.
