The second part of the 2.5 update is available and it is an opportunity for Genshin Impact players to find Raiden, Sara and Kokomi in rerun banners but also to discover new events like the one we are going to talk about today today.
The event “A sip of a drunken dream”
In “A sip from a drunken dream”players will have to help Luka by taking on the role of bartender during the week of the initiation. Your goal will therefore be to design drinks and satisfy customers by giving them the ones they want to drink. Of course, if your customers are satisfied, you will be rewarded. As usual, you will have to meet a few prerequisites to be able to participate.
- AR 28 or more
- Complete the Archons Quest: Interlude – Act 1 “Return of the Crane in the Wind”
- Complete Eula’s Story Quest, Aphros Delos – Act 1: “Waves at Sea”
- Event duration: March 10 at 10:00 a.m. to March 24 at 3:59 a.m.
- Game phase: from March 10 at 10 a.m. to March 21 at 3:59 a.m.
- Quest “A sip from a drunken dream: Afterword”: from March 21 at 10 a.m. to March 24 at 3:59 a.m.
The event is divided into two parts. The first is about the bar trivia and the second is about the bar challenge. To access the challenge, you will first have to go through the anecdotes. We’ll get to each part a bit later, but first, let’s go over how the drinks are crafted.
Make your drinks
To create a recipe, you will first need ingredients. They fall into two types, bases and flavors.
The basics :
The aromas :
- Milk
- Sparkling water
- Cocoa paste
- Lemon
- Caramel
- Mint
The preparation is then done by clicking on the different ingredients needed for your drink. Be careful, however, since you cannot exceed the number of 5 products for your recipe.
Once the choice is made, all you have to do is play the mini-games offered. The first will ask to press arrows in the order indicated and the second will ask to press at the right time so that the gauge is located in the right area.
During the event, you will have a multitude of receipts to do. To do this, you can follow the advice in the dedicated section that you will find in the archives or simply by testing the recipes yourself by choosing the ingredients, but be careful, you still have to satisfy your customers first and foremost.
Bar stories
During the first three days, you will meet emblematic characters of the game that you will have to satisfy by offering them the drink they prefer. By serving them, it will also be possible to listen to their stories. Quests will also be offered to you precisely related to these famous characters as you can see in the image with Kaeya and Rosalia.
The bartender’s challenge
Here we are on the fourth day and if you have finished the anecdotes, the challenge of the bartender is unlocked, but what to do in this second part? That’s what we’re going to see.
First, talk to Charles in the tavern to gain access. He will offer you four challenges during which you will have to prepare drinks for the customers who will arrive one after the other, but you will have to be careful of the time. The more customers you satisfy, the higher your score will be. In the event of failure due to a too long waiting time, you will not be awarded points. In addition, some customers arrive at the same time, you will be able to see each order by clicking on their portraits.
The rewards
Finally, let’s go back to the rewards since there are classic ones like primo-gems or moras that you can acquire by reaching a specific score during the challenge or by validating certain quests, but others are exclusive. We find there in particular the theme “Celebration – Intoxication” which is obtainable by having unlocked all the recipes or the decoration “Tavern Mixer: Thick Mixture” if you have completed all the anecdotes.
