As the game prepares to celebrate its second anniversary in a few weeks, it continues to bring together millions of players around the world, while raising billions of dollars. While the title has just welcomed its version 2.8, it continues to be the champion of Twitter in the video game category.

It is via a new study by Twitter Gaming relayed by Rishi Chadla that we see that Genshin Impact is the most popular topic on Twitter when it comes to video games, and this for the whole of this beginning of the year (from January 1st to June 30th).
He was already at the top of the list in the first semester, and therefore had an equally successful second semester, no doubt thanks to the wait around the new characters and the 3.0 version with the Sumeru region. There is no doubt that when the latter is available in August, the game should again panic the counters of tweets.
