During your wanderings on Genshin Impact, you must have come across Shrines of the Depths, strange buildings that allow you to get your hands on multiple riches, provided of course you manage to enter them. Here’s everything you need to know about them.
Deep Sanctuaries are instances not to be overlooked in Genshin Impact. Indeed, these enigmatic temples contain all kinds of wealth ranging from simple resources to rare items, including weapons, XP, primo-gems or even artifacts.
However, to take advantage of it, there are some prerequisites to respect, and of course, you still have to find them!
Where to find Shrines of the Deep in Genshin Impact?
The various Deep Sanctuaries are scattered around Mondstadt, Liyue and Inazuma. Some are so well hidden that without directions it is almost impossible to locate them.

How do I open the Shrines of the Deep?
First of all, to be able to enter the Shrines of the Depths, you must be Adventure Rank 12. Then you will need a key. Currently there are two separate keys to open shrines, one for Mondstadt shrines, one for Liyue shrines and one for Inazuma shrines.
How do I get these keys?
To recover this precious sesame, several options are available to you. For the Mondstadt and Liyue shrines, you can either hope to collect some through various quests or by venturing into dungeons, namely the Temple of the Falcon, the Temple of the Wolf, the Temple of the Lion, the Gate of the Falcon, the Winding Path, the Abandoned Ruins and the Secret Palace of Guizang.
For those of Inazuma, you can get them by leveling up the Statues of the Seven, completing certain dungeons for the first time, or collecting the rewards of the sacred cherry tree.
Moreover, the keys do not correspond to specific Shrines, you can use it for the one of your choice.
