George, Charlotte and Louis impacted by Kate’s cancer: “They face questions on a daily basis”

The announcement of Kate Middleton’s cancer sent the Internet into panic. Shocking information which sparked strong reactions from the public around the world, but also from celebrities. In an article published by The Parisian, this Sunday, March 24, Stéphane Bern, a fine connoisseur of the British royal family, shared his impressions after the announcement of the illness of the Princess of Wales. For him, the first people affected were his children, George, Charlotte and Louis. He confided to the French daily: “Kate and William’s children are in school and they deal with these questions every day.” By sharing a video where she explains her state of health, Kate wanted to protect her children by putting an end to rumors, and thus prevent them from being the target of indiscreet questions. “She had to say what was happening. All kinds of conspiratorial rumors were starting to spread, it was becoming big nonsense. She shut everyone up”confided Stéphane Berne.

In the video announcing his illness, Prince William’s wife spoke about the difficulty of announcing such news to his children:“it took us a while to explain everything to George, Charlotte and Louis, in a way that suited them and to reassure them that I will get through this.”
