George Clooney spent the Corona year 2020 with his wife and children in isolation. Even at Christmas, the small family stays to themselves.

Hollywood star George Clooney (59, "A World Beyond") has spent the past few months mostly in isolation with his family. Nothing will change on the Christmas holidays, as he now revealed to the Scottish TV presenter Lorraine Kelly (61) in a video interview.

"It's been a strange year as we all know," said the actor. The thought of being unable to be with his own parents or with those of his wife Amal Clooney (42) makes him sad. The situation is "regrettable". Still, Clooney emphasized that "we can make it through, there is light at the end of the tunnel". The actor sees this Christmas as "the last one we'll all be apart for a while". In his opinion, this is "the Christmas present we all want".
