“Bauer sucht Frau” star Gerald Heiser has fulfilled his “long-awaited dream”. He’s the boss on his own farm now.

The Namibian farmer Gerald Heiser (36), who became known in 2017 through the RTL program “Bauer sucht Frau”, has dared to take the next step. After wedding (2018) and baby (January 2021) he is now the proud owner of the Kehoro farm. “My long-awaited dream has finally come true and I have bought my parents’ farm”, he leaves his followers on Instagram to know. “As of September 1st, I will be in charge of around 7000 soccer fields,” he continues.

Changes are pending

With all the joy, it doesn’t seem to have been an easy step. “A generation change is not always easy, but it is very necessary to maintain agriculture and the food chain,” says Heiser. “Thanks to my parents, I was an ‘apprentice’ for almost exactly eleven years and was therefore able to gain enough and, above all, a lot of experience in all areas of the company his future career plans.

He hopes for more offspring

Heiser also comments on the private plans with his wife Anna Heiser (31), whom he met and fell in love with on the TV show: “Since I’ve always had my home here since birth, and never anywhere else, I will give everything to my children (hopefully there are still one or two siblings for Leon) to be a firm anchor in this crazy world, as my parents and this farm were for me. “

Anna Heiser wants to roll up her sleeves

And what does new farmer Anna Heiser say about it? “If someone had told me 5 years ago that I was going to be a farmer in Africa, I would have laughed at them. Well! That’s life – you never know what it has in store for us. Now I’m here – in the middle of the Namibian savannah, which has become my home, “she writes about the same photo that shows the small family in front of a brick wall with the farm name on it. “Now it’s time to ‘roll up your sleeves’ and get to work!”, She says to herself and her husband on Instagram further courage.
