The latter accuse him of touching which allegedly took place during two filmings. One in 2014 during the filming of Magician and the Siameseby Jean-Pierre Mocky, and the other during the filming of Green shutters by Jean Becker, in September 2021. The facts of which the actor is accused allegedly took place in a private hotel in the capital. Gérard Depardieu, however, categorically denies the accusations of sexual assault against him. As reported The Parisian, according to revelations from the Paris prosecutor’s office, made this evening of April 29, the actor, who received a summons, will be tried in October 2024. He was released from police custody at the end of the day.
