At the beginning of January, Gérard Louvin's nephew had filed a complaint for complicity in rape against his uncle. He accuses her of having "favored" incestuous rapes committed by her husband.
Since the publication by jurist Camille Kouchner of the book La Familia grande, in which she accuses her father-in-law, political scientist Olivier Duhamel, of having raped her twin brother, the #MeTooIncest wave continues to grow. An investigation for rape of minors and complicity in rape of minors was thus opened on January 21, 2021 against Daniel Moyne and television producer Gérard Louvin, after the filing of a complaint by the latter's nephew Olivier A., indicated the Paris prosecutor's office this Tuesday, February 9. The investigations were entrusted to the brigade for the protection of minors.
It was in early January that Olivier A., 48 years old today, filed a complaint for complicity in the ascendant rape of a 15-year-old minor against his uncle Gérard Louvin, accusing him of having "favored" of the incestuous rapes committed on him by Daniel Moyne. Still according to the prosecution, two other complaints, from two other people, were filed on January 28, 2021, and respectively denounce acts of rape on a 15-year-old minor and sexual assault.

About ten affected victims?
According to the Paris prosecutor's office, a preliminary investigation into the facts denounced by Olivier A. had been opened, before being discontinued in 2016 due to limitation. Since then, Olivier A.'s lawyer, Pierre Debuisson, claims to have been contacted "by ten victims" and indicates that further complaints will follow. One of these plaintiffs, Grégory C., 46, accuses Gérard Louvin of "rapes". However, the facts denounced, which allegedly occurred in the 1980s and 1990s, "seem prescribed", admitted the lawyer.
As France Info indicates, the couple Gérard Louvin and Daniel Moyne announced on Tuesday a "complaint for the blackmail of which they are victims" and refutes the accusations against him.
