Good growth in activity in the first quarter across all divisions
The activity of the first quarter of the 2022 financial year of the GERARD PERRIER INDUSTRIE Group, specializing in automation and electrical equipment for industry, is up 21.6% compared to the same period of the previous financial year. (+5% at constant scope). All the divisions contributed to this progress.
Outlook 2022
Over the whole of the 2022 financial year, Management reiterates its objective of a turnover of 250 million euros.
Reminder of the dividend and payment date
The Management Board will propose to the General Meeting of June 2, 2022 the payment of a dividend of 2 euros per share, up compared to the previous financial year (1.60 euros). The dividend will be paid as of June 10, 2022.
