After the family drama of his partner Christina Block, in which his stepchildren are involved, Gerhard Delling is now talking about the case.
She fights for her family! On Friday, November 11, 2022, Christina Block, the woman at the side of moderator Gerhard Delling, 63, went public with a family drama. She accuses her ex-husband of kidnapping two of their four children and bringing them to Denmark. According to the steakhouse heiress, she has not had her daughter and son with her for 14 months. Now the sports journalist comments on the incident.
Christina Block is worried about her two children
Gerhard Delling confirmed to “Brisant” on Friday that his eight-year-old stepson Theodor and 12-year-old stepdaughter Klara have been held by their father in Denmark for more than a year. Block and her ex-husband share custody of their children, but the right to determine their whereabouts lies with the mother. It’s anxious months for Gerhard Delling’s partner and for the moderator, who himself is the father of three children.
Gerhard Delling is stunned
He told RTL: “I experienced the family every day. We played several times a week during the Corona period and had a lot of fun. Every day Klara came to her mother to cuddle, every evening she really wanted Christina to put her to bed. Likewise Theo. Even if he had to go to school, he would quickly get into bed with his mother and would only be persuaded to leave when he was told a story in her arms.”
Gerhard Delling describes how he experienced the final moments with his stepchildren. Accordingly, the youngest clung to his mother and did not want to get into his father’s car. “I also handed all of this over to the court as an affidavit. I am all the more stunned that both the district court in Hamburg and the Danish authorities did not free the children from their ordeal immediately. It must be clear to everyone that children who 8 and 10 years spent almost exclusively her life with her mother, have her friends there as well as grandma and grandpa, never from one second to the next of her own accord want to have anything to do with anything and especially with her mother crazy.”

Christina Block and her ex-partner have been separated for eight years and divorced for four. In July 2021, Gerhard Delling confirmed his relationship with the Hamburg entrepreneur in an interview with “Bunte”. Both Delling and Block were divorced at the time and each brought three daughters into the new patchwork family, and Block also had a son. The couple lives in Hamburg.
