The winners of the German Computer Game Prize (DCP) 2022 have been chosen and are surprisingly diverse this year.

The German Computer Game Prize (DCP) 2022 was awarded. Prize money totaling 800,000 euros was awarded in 16 categories. As usual, the focus was on games from Germany, since the funds are mainly intended to benefit the German games industry.

In recent years, the DCP has been criticized for favoring family-friendly titles. There is no sign of that this year. Among the winners are titles from a wide variety of genres.
