Countless stars celebrated German television in Cologne. The pregnant Sarah Engels was also there.
On Thursday, stars and productions from the German television world were awarded in Cologne. Countless familiar faces did not turn down the invitation to the gala. The pregnant singer Sarah Engels (28), who is currently expecting her second child, also floated over the red carpet.
“There are still a few weeks until the birth. I can’t sit around at home all the time,” she joked in an interview with the “Bild” newspaper. The 28-year-old, who is married to the footballer Julian Engels (28), already has a son Alessio (6), who comes from a previous marriage with the singer Pietro Lombardi (29).

Of course, many other stars also appeared on the red carpet, including the also pregnant Jana Schölermann (34) with husband Thore (36), Katja Burkard (56), Ruth Moschner (45), Jenny Elvers (49), Nazan Eckes (45) ), Frauke Ludowig (57), Thomas Gottschalk (71) with Karina Mroß (58) and Dieter Hallervorden (86), who later took off his shoes.
And of course Hape Kerkeling (56) was also present. It was previously announced that the all-rounder will receive the honorary award. As a “man of many faces” he has been providing “constant new impulses” for decades. He enthuses the audience with “his enormous artistic range and his personality to this day”, it says in the explanation. The gala was moderated by Barbara Schöneberger (47).
