According to Metro, in order to bridge the problems at checkouts and the like, the teams in the stores have already set up offline systems to process the payments. Nevertheless, there may be individual delays both in stores and when ordering via the online store or the web app.
As the wholesaler writes, they are already working “at full speed” with external IT experts on a solution and until then they are asking for the customers’ understanding.
