BERLIN, Sept 4 (Reuters) – Germany will spend 65 billion euros on its third package of measures to protect consumers and businesses from the effects of soaring inflation, the government said in a document released on Sunday. .

These measures, which include proposals to extend reduced fares in public transport and 1.7 billion euros in tax advantages for 9,000 energy-intensive companies, were validated on Sunday by the three parties of the coalition government of the Chancellor Olaf Scholz.
