FRANKFURT, Sept 20 (Reuters) – Germany is expected to present a detailed plan on Wednesday for a 100% nationalization of Uniper, likely including a withdrawal of Finnish group Fortum from the capital of the German energy supplier, we learned. from a source familiar with the matter.
Fortum, Uniper’s largest shareholder, declined to comment.
