The 16th "GNTM" season is taking shape: "White Lies" by Tokio Hotel and Vice will be the title song and new photos will show the candidates.

"Germany's next top model" starts a new round on February 4th (every Thursday, 8:15 pm on ProSieben). Now new details for the 16th season of the model casting show are known. On the one hand, this year's title song was released: Tokio Hotel, the band of Heidi Klum's (47) husband Tom Kaulitz (31), recorded the single "White Lies" together with vice alias Vitali Zestovskih and Johannes Vimalavong, which is now in the "GNTM" -Trailer can be heard.

"We clicked immediately. That seldom happens and you have to surrender to it. I think you can hear that in 'White Lies' immediately!", Tokio Hotel frontman Bill Kaulitz (31) explains about the collaboration. Vize have already celebrated successes with numerous collaborations with artists such as Capital Bra (26), Felix Jaehn (26), Alle Farben and Alan Walker (23). Tokio Hotel had already delivered the theme tune for the ProSieben show with "Melancholic Paradise" in 2019.

Special posters

In addition to the title song, the young models who will fight for the "GNTM" title were also presented. This year's campaign for the show includes four different photo motifs, staged by star photographer Rankin (54). Heidi Klum poses in the middle in a fiery red dress with a high leg slit and side cut-outs, while the candidates in white outfits form the frame.

Heidi Klum was last seen with her models in the seventh season (2012) on a joint poster motif. "To be seen on a poster next to Heidi Klum is probably the dream of many models. Thanks to Heidi Klum and Rankin for making this dream come true for some of our 'GNTM' candidates," explains channel boss Daniel Rosemann in one Sender message. Klum himself announced the names of her "girls" on her Instagram page: Linda, Alex, Ana, Liliana, Soulin, Mareike, Romy, Yasmin, Nana, Dascha, Anna Maria, Chanel, Jasmin, Amina, Ashley, Elisa , Mira, Sara, Larissa, Miriam, Sarah, Luca, Romina and Alysha.
