(CercleFinance.com) – Getlink announces that its LeShuttle shuttle service transported 173,058 passenger vehicles in April, down 19% year-on-year, traffic impacted by the positioning of the Easter weekend in March 2024 .
On the other hand, the transport infrastructure group specifies that LeShuttle Freight transported 101,250 trucks last month in the Channel Tunnel, a number up 3% compared to April 2023.
Since January 1, more than 550,000 passenger vehicles and more than 400,000 trucks have crossed the Channel aboard Eurotunnel shuttles, numbers down 8% and 4% respectively compared to the first four months of 2023.
