(Boursier.com) — By letter received on November 23 by the AMF, the New York firm BlackRock Inc., acting on behalf of clients and funds for which it manages, declared having crossed upward on the 22 November, the threshold of 5% of the company’s capital Getlink and hold, on behalf of said clients and funds, 27,753,959 Getlink SE shares representing as many voting rights, i.e. 5.05% of the capital and 4.14% of the voting rights, following an increase in the number of shares held as collateral.
