Getting a Raspberry Pi may remain very complicated

It was the founder of Raspberry himself who announced the bad news, through youtuber Jeff Geerling. Eben Upton told the tech videographer that Raspberry Pis are under the same supply constraints as in April, which was the last time he wrote about the situation. While 400,000 cards are produced each month, only a small portion of them are for retail sites, the vast majority are actually for businesses.

Eben Upton said in April that the Broadcom processors at the heart of older Pi boards have been particularly difficult to obtain. However, it is above all the strong demand that has been a major problem. The production and supply chain for small motherboards remains just as clogged as at the beginning of the year, even if we note price drops from time to time.
