Cinema fans will have to be patient in 2021 as well. Sony Pictures has postponed the theatrical releases of several blockbusters.

The theatrical release of the new "James Bond" film "No Time to Die" was barely postponed from April to October when Sony Pictures postponed the next hotly anticipated blockbusters by several months. This is reported, among other things, by the US industry website "Variety".

So fans of the "Ghostbusters" will have to wait a good six months. Because instead of June 10th, "Ghostbusters – Legacy" will only be shown in cinemas from November 11th. All of the ghost hunters of the original who are still alive are there, including Bill Murray (70), Dan Aykroyd (68), Ernie Hudson (75) and Sigourney Weaver (71). Harold Ramis alias Egon Spengler unfortunately passed away in 2014.

For the video game adaptation "Uncharted" with Tom Holland (24) and Mark Wahlberg (49) instead of July 16, 2021, February 11, 2022 is envisaged. "Morbius" with Jared Leto (49), on the other hand, will start on January 21, 2022. The cinema release of "Cinderella" with singer Camila Cabello (23, "Señorita") is no longer for February 5, 2021, but for July 16 Planned for 2021. "Peter Rabbit 2 – A rabbit leaves the field" is to start on June 11, 2021 instead of the Easter weekend.
