Ghostbusters: Spirits Unleashed clearly took advantage of the Epic Games Showcase, to present in a little more detail the different ectoplasms that we will have to control.
The Ghostbusters have something to worry about
First, the video introduces us to Winky, a ghost capable of using an ectoplasmic ability to slow down its human prey. Next comes a certain Pokey, who can launch projectiles from a distance, and stun enemies. As for Brainy, the ghost taking the form of a gigantic brain can swing a powerful slime, doing quite a bit of damage on the Ghostbusters.
Finally, Slimer will have the possibility of projecting a jet of ectoplasm, and does damage to the Ghostbusters. Note that the video also shows us the ultimate skills for each ghost, which could well harm ghost hunters. In any case, the gameplay of these ectoplasms is envy, and know that the title will be played in 4 against 1, i.e. 4 Ghostbusters in FPS view against a single ghost in TPS view.
Ghostbusters: Spirits Unleashed still does not have a release date, even if we suspect that it will probably be released at the end of the year on PC and consoles. You can also read our preview about it.
