Unveiled in 2023 by Toydium and Bushiroad Games, the puzzle-platformer Gift is announced for May 9, 2024. The title, which is reminiscent of the style of Little Nightmareswill be available on PC via Steam as well as PlayStation 5, Xbox Series and Nintendo Switch.
Gift offers players the opportunity to follow the story of an old man who wakes up with astonishment on a large and luxurious cruise ship. Problem, the ship is sinking. It will therefore be necessary to try everything to escape without it completely sinking into the sea.
The platformer’s environment will therefore constantly evolve since the water level inside the boat and its inclination will continue to change. It will therefore be essential to react according to these variations to cross the different tables. And to get out of there, players will also be able to interact with certain objects but be careful because their function will not always be the same depending on the water level.
During his escape from the ship, the old man will also have the opportunity to meet different passengers. Each encounter will make him feel nostalgic for different reasons. And at the end of the path, a most precious encounter will await our protagonist.
