Almost five months after the official love affair with Tom Brady, model Gisele Bundchen speaks plain language for the first time in an interview – and it becomes tearful.
After weeks of rumors of a crisis, Gisele Bundchen, 42, and Tom Brady, 45, confirmed in a statement on Instagram in late October 2022, “After 13 years of marriage [ihre] finalized their divorce.” That didn’t silence insiders, however, who continued to spearhead US media speculation about the one-time dream couple, such as Bundchen’s alleged ultimatum that the marriage would end if Brady didn’t retire from the NFL would.

In the “Vanity Fair” interview, Gisele indicated that the relationship had been in trouble for a long time. “Marriages aren’t made or broken overnight. That kind of thing takes years,” said Bundchen when it came to their love allegedly ending when Tom Brady briefly ended his retirement as star quarterback for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The speculation about an ultimatum on your part was “very hurtful”.

Even today, several weeks after the official separation, Gisele Bundchen mourns her broken marriage, calling it the “death of my dream”. She continues:

Tears filled her eyes. The mother of the two children Vivian, 10, and Benjamin, 13, had to take a deep breath and then says: “I believed in fairy tales as a child. I think it’s nice to believe in it. I mean, I’m so grateful for doing it. You give everything you have to achieve your dream. You give 100 percent of yourself and it breaks your heart when it doesn’t end the way you hoped and worked for , but you can only do your part.”
