(CercleFinance.com) – Trévise Participations, a company controlled by the JLN Foundation, declared to the AMF that it had crossed the threshold of 5% of the capital of GL events on February 2, as a result of an acquisition of off-market shares with Sofina SA.
The declarant specified that it held 2,398,623 GL events shares representing as many voting rights, i.e. 8.00% of the capital and 4.85% of the voting rights of this group specializing in the events business.
