Global Bioenergies strengthens its cash flow

(Boursier.com) — Global Bioenergies strengthens its gross cash flow, to 14.4 million euros to date (unaudited cash flow). The company thus extends its financial visibility until early 2025thanks to the receipt of several non-dilutive financing from reference partners (Bpifrance, ADEME and the European agency BBI-JU as part of the Horizon 2020 research and innovation program).

Recently, Global Bioenergies has actually received several funding representing a total amount of 7.3 ME from its partners, for:
– Factory construction project (4.1 ME): payment of the first tranche of aid granted by the French State for the construction of the world’s first biosourced isobutene factory. This funding, for a total amount of €16.4 million, was awarded as part of the Première factory call for projects launched by Bpifrance as part of the France 2030 plan.
– Several R&D consortia on a French and European scale (3.2 ME): collection of the balance of the European grant relating to the Optisochem project aimed at converting wheat straw into biosourced isobutene derivatives (1.4 ME) ; collection of the balance of the financing as part of the ISOPROD program led by ADEME validating isobutene derivatives in cosmetics (1.1 ME); payment of the advance for the Prénidem project (0.7 ME) out of a total amount allocated by ADEME of 4.4 ME.
