In GLOSSIP – the GALA Beauty Podcast – we take you into an even more beautiful world. This week is all about me-time and little pampering moments in difficult times like the current corona pandemic.

Henrike Körner, beauty expert and spa professional at La Biosthétique, knows exactly what needs our hair, our skin and our mindset have. Especially in times of crisis, we should pay close attention to ourselves and our bodies. Small breaks are part of that.

GLOSSIP: “Me-Time has totally changed”

“Before Corona we indulged in Me-Time in the spa or went to the sauna,” says Henrike Körner – now all great wellness oases are closed. “Me-Time has completely changed, for me it now takes place in my bathroom or on the sofa with a nice hand and foot pack or a mask,” says the beauty expert. “Me-Time is new and at home, but still possible!”

Nevertheless, hairdressers cannot be replaced – and when the salons were finally allowed to open their doors again after almost three months, Henrike Körner quickly booked an appointment. “Oh, I had such a good time”, she enthuses in our episode GlOSSIP and reveals the tricks and products with which we can really pamper ourselves in our home spa.

You can listen to GLOSSIP on Audio Now, Spotify, iTunes, Deezer and wherever there are podcasts.
