Kratos and Atreus have resumed their journey through the Fimbulwinter since November 9th. God of War Ragnarök is indeed now accessible to almost everyone.
Many unfortunate regulators of the Collector’s and Jotnar’s editions of the game ended up with incomplete boxes or duplicate itemsand for the most part simply missing the game. Rather annoying, especially when you realize that these editions cost $199.99 and $259.99 respectively.
A recurrent issue
It seems like various objects are missing in many cases. The problem seems to be largely located in the United States, especially at big box stores like Target. If all the boxes have their Mjölnir replica 40cm high, most lack the metal box supposed to contain the access code when downloading the game. Others have had this famous box, but with the code of the DLC in duplicate, and not the code of the game.
A group in distress
Many users have complained on Twitter about their unpleasant surprises at the opening. So many people have been there that a collective named @HelpUsSMS (Help us Santa Monica Studios) was even created on the platformwith the aim of being heard by the creators of the game or Sony, and finding a solution.
Many testimonies of distress can be found there. But fortunately, after several days without answers, a solution has begun to take shape! Cory Barlog, the creative director of the game would have contacted several users and would have given them a code in order to finally be able to play God of War Ragnarök.
However, not everyone has been saved yet and many customers are still deprived of gambling. We wish them a lot of courage and patience during what will seem like a long weekend and we hope that more accessible solutions will be offered to them.
God of War: Ragnarök is already considered a near-perfect game. However, a feature much appreciated by some fans has not yet been integrated into the game, the photo mode. Fortunately, there is always a savior to dig into the game data.
