Since its official announcement in 2020, a lot of rumors have been circulating regarding God of War Ragnarok. The latest suggested that this second opus would not arrive in 2022, as planned, but in 2023. However, this has just been denied by one of the developers in charge of the project.
Indeed, only a few days ago, the Community Manager for Santa Monica Studio, wanted to rectify this false information. In a short tweet, she says: God of War Ragnarok is coming out this year “. Unfortunately, she did not give more details on this subject.

In contrast, in December 2021, the Twitter account PlayStation Size spotted a clue in the PlayStation database, as for God of War Ragnarok: the date indicated is that of September 30, 2022. However, there is a good chance that this is only an indicative date. In contrast, it suggests that God of War Ragnarok would arrive in the last quarter of 2022.
If we do not yet know the exact release date of God of War Ragnarok, the software will be available on PS5 and PS4. Sony has not yet decided on a possible port of the title on PC.
