An extremely badass and fun scene the first time you see it, which can recall some other mythical games who had fun playing with the death of the main character.
A concept that always hits the mark
Fake game over in video games, done so well, always brings a smile. We can think of other games that in the past had fun playing with the death of the protagonist.
In Metal Gear Solid 3 for example, you could play with the game over screen with the Fake Death Pill (pill of false death), feigning death but still having access to the item menu during this time.

God of War: Ragnarök seems to be appealing to many gamers at the moment, and is fighting its way to a new Game of the Year 2022 title after already winning it 4 years ago for God of War (2018).
