Today, the latest episode of the series god of war celebrates its 4th anniversary. The game was released on April 20, 2018 on PS4 and then allowed us to discover a whole new facet of Kratos, in an epic and moving adventure with his son Atreus. To celebrate this happy birthday, Cory Barlogdirector of this opus, took the floor on social networks to thank his fans, while addressing a word concerning “ the elephant in the room », God of War Ragnarok.

Instead of teasing or dodging the subject, Cory Barlog wants to show that he knows how impatiently fans of the saga are waiting for news about God of War Ragnarokbut you will have to be a little more patient:

We are perfectionists […] There’s so much going on right now and I wish we could share them with you, but it’s just not ready to show. But I can guarantee you that the first second we have something to share, we will.
