Goalkeeping coach Hans-Peter Berger has signed with Chinese first division club Chengdu Rongcheng for another year. This means that Salzburg is entering its fourth season in the Middle Kingdom. Last season, his team celebrated a strong fourth place. This meant that they narrowly missed out on getting into the Asian Champions League. The Chinese Super League starts on March 3rd.
