The Covid-19 pandemic, which has increased tenfold the search for meaning at work, is undoubtedly not innocent in this case. After more than two years of restrictions, many are considering taking a break to see more clearly, whether to live something else, explore new lands or discover new passions. According to a study conducted in January 2022 by the consulting firm Censuswide, alongside the professional social network LinkedIn, out of nearly 23,000 employees and 7,000 managers worldwide, more than half of workers have already taken a break from their professional career. And it is women who most frequently put their careers on hold.
