As indicated West France, the Au Fournil de Mor’hé bakery has decided to spoil its customers for Epiphany. Instead of small traditional figurines, the beans will be “numbered in the shape of a Louis d’or” which will be distributed randomly in the pancakes. And the lucky ones who have found a Louis d’or will then be able to claim their prize at the bakery, namely “mini gold bars, worth €180 each”. Here, there is no chocolate factory to visit, but rather a gold ingot to be won, a sign of the baker’s gratitude. “This action is a gesture to thank our customers and make our activity attractive,” explains the baker-pastry chef from Sarthe. “When the winners are announced, we will organize a prize giving ceremony,” he reveals in the columns of West France.
