Dreame recently unveiled a new robot vacuum, the F9. With this model, the Chinese company incubated by Xiaomi wishes to stand out with its Time of Flight sensor capable of scanning “more than 30,000 points of the part per second”.

With the F9, Dreame signs a very good robot vacuum cleaner. It multiplies the good points and, thanks to its optical sensor, it ensures perfect and methodical space coverage. We also welcome the excellent suction performance, both on hard floors and thick carpets. Considering its pricing position, there is no doubt that the Dreame F9 offers a very good price / performance ratio.

Looks like Amibot is learning from its mistakes and making a good copy here. The Pure Laser H2O has honorable suction performance, good endurance and methodical and efficient navigation. Its little extra lies in its UV-C LED ramp which allows it to vacuum while disinfecting the floors. However, perfection is not of this world and the Pure Laser takes too long for our liking to recharge the batteries.
