The catalog of Dreame upright vacuum cleaners is growing with the P10. At first glance, it seems quite different from its little comrades, but we still find many points in common with the references that we were able to test.
The Dreame P10 brings together the qualities that make a good stick vacuum cleaner; it does its job honorably, especially on hard floors and fine carpet. In addition, it keeps fine dust inside its collector, without letting it escape. Nevertheless, its more than limited autonomy plays against it, unless it is used as an auxiliary model for a device that is a little more muscular, but above all more enduring.
Strong points
- Pleasant to use (beautiful finishes, handy…).
- Continuous or fractional suction, as desired.
- Perfect filtration.
Weak points
- Lack of punch in the suction.
- Screen not used well enough.
- Very low autonomy.

Alternatively
For a first try, Tornado hits hard and the TOP5-21TG achieves almost a faultless result. The faults that we have been able to identify here and there (the slightly “cheap” wall base, the absence of a remaining charge indicator or a collector that could have been more hygienic) in no way detract from a very good general impression. The TOP5-21TG is quite usable on all surfaces – with a slight downside on high-pile carpets however – it benefits from perfect filtration and is very easy to maintain; a real success and a pleasant surprise!
