Good deal – The Ecovacs Goat GX-600 “5 stars” lawn mower at €999.00 (-19%)

After a first autonomous and cordless robot mower, Ecovacs is expanding its range with the Goat GX-600. It stands out from its competitors and its predecessor by its very simple start-up, without configuration or map generation. Simply unpack it and plug it in for it to be functional, completely freeing itself from the creation of virtual or cable-delimited borders.

With its near-instant start-up, the Ecovacs Goat GX-600 stands out from the competition and offers immediate, simple and fast lawn maintenance. Its easy installation, efficient mowing performance and precise navigation make it an excellent choice, especially since its price is competitive. However, the robot is not made for all gardens and requires many prerequisites to be met, such as clearly defined lawn boundaries and a clear separation from flower beds or water points.

NB: The reported price drop is calculated by comparing the lowest price of the day with the average of the lowest prices charged by all merchants for the product in the last month, with safety rules to exclude prices from stores whose VAT policy is unclear (so-called “grey” stores, typically in the case of imports from China).

As an alternative

The Sileno City 250 is identical to the Smart Sileno City 500 that we tested, except for connectivity. It is also electronically restricted, so that it can only mow up to 250 m² of lawn. Without a Wi-Fi connection box, it cannot be configured via an app, but it loses none of its qualities. Once configured correctly, this lack of connectivity is no longer really a lack of connectivity and we can therefore completely forget about this very discreet and easy-to-maintain little mower. A good choice for small lawns. We will turn to the Sileno City 500 if the area to be mowed exceeds 250 m².
