With the SteamCrisp Series 700 EOC6P50X, Electrolux seems to want to impose itself on the market of built-in ovens with steam generator. Indeed, it is easy to find this mid-range model for less than 600 €.
The Electrolux SteamCrisp Series 700 EOC6P50X may not provide the most stable temperature on the market and some of its competitors may be more glamorous, or have many additional options, however, it does its main job with seriously, while containing its electricity needs. Admittedly, the steam functions could have been better exploited or better thought out (one thinks of emptying the tank), but they have the merit of existing on this model with an excellent performance/price ratio.
Strong points

- Contained energy needs.
Weak points
- Starts heating as soon as the cooking mode is selected.
- Draining of the tank to be reviewed.
