The Roborock S6 MaxV robot vacuum cleaner goes below €250 at Rue du Commerce, a drop of around 52% on the price usually found. It is currently one of our best value for money for small budgets.
While Roborock has made many robot vacuums, the S6 MaxV stands out with its dual camera that is supposed to capture more detailed images and provide better navigation.
Roborock S6 MaxV
- Convenience of use
- Maintenance
- Suction
- Navigation system
- Noise
- Autonomy
The S6 MaxV completes the range in a relevant way: its two cameras not only give it a slightly more optimal navigation, but also better management of small obstacles. The manufacturer’s efforts are paying off and the S6 MaxV benefits, among other things, from improved battery life and noise levels compared to its predecessors. Despite its good performance, it must be recognized that if the dual camera does not seem necessary to you, the Roborock S5 Max, which benefits from almost similar suction performance, will do the trick very well.
Strong points
- Double camera that offers a precise view of obstacles.
- Good management of small obstacles.
- Very good autonomy.
- Bit noisy.
- Innovative mapping system with obstacle avoidance.
Weak points
- Poor suction performance on thick carpet.
- High enough vacuum cleaner that does not allow to pass under the lowest furniture.

- Autonomy
With its S7, Roborock once again signs a formidable robot vacuum cleaner. It has a very good navigation system, exemplary suction performance and a credible washing system – which is not common on hybrid robots. Its weaknesses are nestled in its too low autonomy to clean a large area at once and in its noise level which is a little too high.
