“Good Luck Guys”: New format with twelve reality stars

Replenishment in reality TV: The streaming portal Joyn will make “Good Luck Guys” available to watch from the beginning of November. According to an announcement from Thursday (September 28), reality stars will come together in teams of two and complete challenges. The format originally comes from France and has already been adapted in countries such as Denmark, Sweden and Norway.

The German edition features candidates who are already known from various reality shows: These include Aurelia Lamprecht (“Love Island”), Dominik Brcic (“Ex on the Beach”), Jade Übach (“The Bachelor”) , Juliano Fernandez (“Are You The One?”), Kevin Schäfer (“Charming Boys”), Melissa Heitmann (“Temptation Island”), Michael Student (“Are You The One?”), Michaela Barresi (“Yes we camp !”), Michelle Daniaux (“Temptation Island”), Paco Herb (“Battle of the Reality Stars”), Yasin Mohamed (“Ex on the Beach”) and Zoe Saip (“Battle of the Reality Stars”).

With pearls to victory?

There is no relaxing holiday in Thailand waiting for the twelve participants. They have to give up all luxury items and move into barren huts. On the Lost Beach they then have to complete various tasks in duos and collect pearls. According to Joyn, they can “exchange these at the beach shop to improve their living conditions. But the prices are high and the opening hours are short.” At the end there is prize money of 20,000 euros.

“Good Luck Guys” premieres November 9th with a double episode on Joyn. Two more of the 20 episodes will be available every Thursday. With Joyn PLUS+, users can see a preview of the double episodes.
