The countdown has begun for landlords of housing classified G in the energy performance diagnosis (DPE). On January 1, 2025, they will no longer be able to rent their accommodation without first carrying out energy renovation work.

Finally, the MaPrimeRenov bonuses will be awarded within the limits of the annual commitment authorizations included in the budget of the National Housing Agency (Anah).
