How to receive it? As a reminder, you generally do not need to apply for ARS. If you are a CAF beneficiary and your child is between the ages of 6 and 15 on December 31 following the start of the school year, the allowance is paid automatically, generally in mid-Augustbased on the information that your CAF holds on the income and composition of your household.

Steps are necessary in only 2 cases: if your child under 6 years old is enrolled in CP, you will need to send the Caf a school certificate sent by your child’s establishment. If your child is between 16 and 18 years old, you must declare that he or she is still in school or in apprenticeship. To do this, you can go to the CAF website then log in to your personal space from the My account section.
