Fans of the Harry Potter saga are feverishly awaiting the release of the Hogwarts Legacy video game, which will immerse them in the magical world of Hogwarts from February 10. Today, we know a little more about the graphic modes present in the title.

Warner Bros. Games shared some interesting info on the console versions of the game. In an FAQ, the studio indicated that there would be “multiple graphics modes”. Among them we will find the classic Loyalty and Performance modes.

These two modes are clichés today. Fidelity mode brings better graphics, often in native 4K with a framerate stuck at 30 frames per second. Ideal for sequences posed to admire the decorations of the school of wizards. The Performance mode offers an upscaled 4K, but a game in 60 frames per second. For the moment, no information on the other “multiple” modes promised by Warner, but the studio nevertheless specifies that the title will be compatible with VRR (Variable Refresh Rate) screens for those who do not want any compromise.

For PC users, the studio has also shared the configurations required to play peacefully. If the title will be able to run on an old machine, it will still be necessary to have a solid configuration to enjoy the experience in a serene way:

Note that for all configurations, Warner specifies that it will be necessary to have a PC on Windows 10 or 11. Similarly, the game occupies 85 GB of your storage on your PC. It is strongly recommended to install it on an SSD.
