(CercleFinance.com) – The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company today announced the election of Norma B. Clayton to its Board of Directors, effective November 28, 2022.
“Norma’s experience as a global leader in manufacturing, operations, technology, innovation and people will be invaluable to Goodyear and its shareholders,” said Richard J. Kramer, president – CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Norma Clayton retired in 2016 after nearly 20 years with The Boeing Company, where she held leadership roles in engineering, plant operations and optimization, supply chain supply and purchases etc.
